Download the app, install it on your Mac, and open it.
Open DaisyDisk, go to the "About" screen, and enter the code shown on this page.

What is DaisyDisk?
DaisyDisk is a Mac app that shows a visual breakdown of what's taking up space on your disk. It helps you find and delete large files you no longer need.
Do I need technical experience?
No. We're looking for users of all levels. The tasks are designed so anyone can complete them in about 10 minutes.
How long does it take?
The study takes about 10 minutes to complete. You have 48 hours from when you receive the download link.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We only collect your email to coordinate the study. We do not access files on your Mac. Results are anonymized.
Step 2: Download DaisyDisk
Download and install the app, then open it to continue.
📋 Instructions
1. Click the download button above and save the .dmg file
2. Double-click the downloaded file to mount it
3. Drag DaisyDisk to your Applications folder
4. Open DaisyDisk from Launchpad or Applications
5. Once the app is open, click "Continue" below

Enter the code shown in DaisyDisk to verify your participation.

Open DaisyDisk on your Mac, then go to DaisyDisk → About DaisyDisk in the menu bar (top left). Enter the version code shown there.

2. Click "DaisyDisk" in the menu bar (top left of screen)
3. Click "About DaisyDisk"
4. Enter the version number shown (e.g. 4.24)
